Advertiser Guidelines

MintBoys is a website for male escorts that are paid for time only. Escorts that want to exchange sex for money are not permitted to use our site. Sexually suggestive wording or photos that may imply sexual contact are not allowed. We may in our sole discretion reject or ban any person that we believe intends to use the website in an unauthorized manner.

Wording
  1. All advertisers must be at least 18 years of age. If your photos appear to be under 21, we will require you to send a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID, listing your date of birth, in order to post.
  2. We do not allow prostitution. Prostitution is illegal. Clients are paying for time only. If you want to exchange sex for money, this is not the website for you.
  3. Ads may not contain explicit sexual content nor text that implies sex, including statements about sexual preferences, or descriptions of your anatomy.
  4. Only one person per ad. No couple ads or trios. If you and your partner like to work together, you may each post your own ad, and post links to each other’s profiles.
  5. Ads mentioning PNP, partying, or hard drugs are not allowed.
  6. MintBoys won't approve ads that display HIV status or if you are on PrEP - as these imply that sexual activity will take place.
  7. We are only able to accept ads written in English or Spanish at this time, as these are the only languages fluently spoken by our moderators.
  8. Hate speech and discrimination of any kind is not allowed – this includes any wording stating you don't like or want people from certain ethnic groups, trans or gay people. Escorts attempting to post hate speech in their profiles may be banned from MintBoys permanently.
  9. MintBoys may in it's sole discretion reject any ad for any reason.
Photos
  1. No X rated photos are allowed. Your private areas must be 100% covered.
  2. Photos that cover everything but are still very suggestive (for example, wearing underwear but with a noticable erection underneath) are not allowed.
  3. Photos in underwear or swimsuits are ok as long as they are tasteful and appropriate.
  4. Your photos can only depict you - no photos containing you with friends or other people.
  5. It's a violation of MintBoys rules to post photos of someone else but claim they are photos of you. If we catch you doing this, you may be banned.
  6. Pictures posted must be your own property. If you've been paid as a model, you cannot post pictures of yourself that are the property of the modeling agency.
  7. We aren't able to allow photos where the style of the underwear leaves nothing to the imagination.
  8. All photos must contain exactly one person, and that person must be the person posting the ad. We cannot post photos of objects, drawings, or patterns that are not you.
  9. MintBoys can refuse to publish photos that we deem inappropriate for any reason.
Anti-Human Trafficking
  1. Ads may not be posted on behalf of someone else.
  2. Ads related to human trafficking and pimping are not allowed. We will refer suspected cases of human trafficking to authorities.
  3. We do not allow ads placed by massage parlors or escort services.
  4. MintBoys may in it's sole discretion request ID verification of any advertiser or prospective advertiser, for any reason.
